This 40‑hour College of Mediators accredited programme (NVQ Level 3 equivalent) builds the skills, confidence and reflective practice needed to begin mediating interpersonal conflict straight away. Delegates gain practical experience throughout the course, supported by trainers with over 20 years’ mediation and coaching expertise.

Course Dates

  • 25 & 26 February (9.30am to 12.30pm) – Online
  • 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19 March (9.30am to 12.30pm) – Online
  • 25 March – In‑person assessment in Warrington or Manchester location (9.30am to 4pm)

Course Places

For 2027, we are offering two routes into training:

This is a great opportunity for people who want to develop mediation skills while contributing to community‑based conflict resolution.

In‑house delivery options are also available for organisations wishing to train a team together.
