Over the past decade, the organisation has supported thousands of people to navigate conflict safely, rebuild communication, and strengthen community relationships – all powered by a dedicated team of trained volunteers.
Founded in 2016, Solution Talk has grown from a small local initiative into a trusted partner for housing providers, local authorities, businesses, corporate organisations, health services and community organisations across the UK. The service now delivers mediation, restorative conversations, conflict coaching and training to help communities thrive.
