CONFLICT COACHING WORKSHOP – 28 FEBRUARY & 1 MARCH 2024

Very often individuals experience difficulties because of an unresolved conflict, a complaint, a relationship breakdown or other difficult situations they are involved in and conflict coaching can be of help.  They could be facing adversity at work, within their family, or neighbourhood or any personal relationship.

This workshop will enable you to assist people to talk about their conflict, explore change and build their own resources and resilience. This can empower them to regain control of the challenges they face.

This workshop is based on our practical experience of supporting individuals who are experiencing conflict and challenges. We will take you through the process we utilise and explore how you can utilise and adapt it to your own practice.

We will look at how we support people, explore change and help them build their own resources and resilience. This approach can empower them to identify how they can regain their control and identify the practical steps they can implement.

This workshop is suitable for those who have previously undertaken mediation training and have excellent communication skills.

Solution Talk is an approved training provider with the College of Mediators and this course attracts 5 CPD points.

The training we provide is based on our practical application of the techniques in our day to day work as mediators and conflict coaches.  As a result, the trainers are able to offer valuable insights into real life case examples where the techniques have been used to great effect.  All our workshops are highly interactive, which enables delegates to put skills learnt into practice on the day.
