Experience and Credentials

Solution Talk

For more than a decade, Solution Talk has helped people across the UK navigate conflict with clarity and confidence. Our work spans community and neighbour disputes, workplace conflict, SEND disagreement resolution, restorative approaches, coaching support and professional training, giving us a breadth of experience across sectors and settings.

Our practice is grounded in recognised professional standards, ongoing learning and a commitment to delivering safe, high quality mediation and conflict resolution for the people and organisations we support.

ORGANISATIONS WE’VE WORKED WITH

We’ve supported organisations across housing, local government, health, education, business and the community sector. The organisations below represent a small selection of our experience. We don’t publish details of individual commissions or client relationships, but we’re proud of the trust placed in us to support people through challenging situations.

PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS

High‑quality conflict resolution depends on strong professional standards, continual learning and reflective practice. Our credentials matter because they give clients confidence that our work is grounded in recognised frameworks, ethical practice and up‑to‑date sector knowledge.

We maintain active memberships and accreditations within the mediation and conflict resolution community, helping us stay connected to emerging practice, professional development and the wider networks that shape our field.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITTMENT

We recognise that our work has an environmental impact and take practical steps to reduce it. We minimise travel wherever possible, make full use of online delivery, and avoid unnecessary printing in our day‑to‑day practice. We’re proud to support the World Mediators Alliance on Climate Change and its commitment to environmentally responsible mediation.
