#SolutionTalk wanted to share with you our 2021 Annual Report and what a busy year it was for us as we continued to see a rise in demand for our services.

The continuation of COVID-19 saw Solution Talk services evolve and become more accessible and responsive by offering customers a range of options from in person visits, telephone sessions to online meeting depending on need, enabling the continuous and smooth running of its services.

Our report outlines the benefits that mediation and conflict coaching has had for many throughout 2021, which was another year of unique challenges.  Solution Talk provided mediation services to local authorities, housing providers, private organisations and individuals, assisting them in resolving neighbour, family, tenant / landlord, special educational needs, commercial and workplace disputes. We have also supported many people with conflict coaching, enabling them to develop coping strategies, build resilience and identify practical ways of managing the difficult situations they face more effectively.

In 2022 we anticipate further expansion of our service, as remote working becomes the new normal and we continue to receive requests for our services from further afield.  Solution Talk are passionate about what we do and helping people in conflict get a resolution as early as possible and we’re looking forward to more of the same in 2022 and beyond.
